Hi guys! Just a quick note to tell you about New Image Pools. They are one of the best subs that you used on my job. I had a problem on one of my lights, and they came out last month and fixed it under warranty, as it was one I had problems with before.

Now, I called him directly late last night and left a message on his voicemail about my spa side remote shorting out all my systems. I told him about my family from Canada here until Thursday, and with cold weather we needed to heat the spa and pool to be able to use. I know it was the spa side remote as it happened about six months ago and the same things had happened.

He had someone out here at 8:30 A.M. to disconnect the remote so I could use my other key pads to work the heaters, filters, spa, etc. He is also going to either get me a new (better) spa side remote, or a portable remote from the manufacturer so this does not happen a third time.

It’s one thing to have them doing a good job in the beginning (which they did), but the real test is how they treat you after they’ve been paid. I highly recommend New Image Pools, not only to you, but to any of my real estate clients and friends. I don’t recommend any of your clients choosing a spa side remote though! Unless the manufacturer has upgraded the outside spa remote, it seems that it has problems with the outside sun/elements and has a very short life span.

Too many times you hear from people about their complaints, so I just wanted to tell when something/someone was good.

Your company recently completed the construction of a pool at my Coconut Creek, Florida home. I have always wanted my own in ground pool but was apprehensive about going through the process and possible construction headaches. I witnessed other pool companies constructing pools in my neighborhood and the dissatisfaction and problems experience by those homeowners, including log construction times. Based on the recommendation of a friend who had a pool built by New Image, I did a contact with your pool company so I could realize my desire to have my own pool. The end result was that the pool was completed within six weeks. It would have even been done in 5 weeks if I did not have to wait on the fence company I hired to finish putting up a fence. Everything went like clockwork. I would usually try to be at home to monitor any kind a construction to ensure that it turned out the way I wanted, but with New Image I did not need to do that. All the work was quality, and ALL of the people employed by your company did excellent work, were friendly, kind, professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciate the excellent job and I am totally satisfied with the completed product. If I had to do it all over again, New Image Pools would be my #1 choice. In addition, I have a new manager at work. He also recently had a new pool installed and was very satisfied. And when I asked him which company he used, of course the answer was New Image Pools and Spas. Thank you again for making the construction of my own pool a smooth trouble free experience.

I will take the time to write a letter of recommendation for your portfolio and include some digital photos on computer disc subsequent to completion. We are talking to landscaping people now and expect to start on that project soon. If you want pix, as is, no problem, although it should look pretty good when we put in the trees. Building the Pool has been an enjoyable process, kind of like “Giving Birth”. Fun in the making, a lot of mess and finally glad that it’s over!! Seriously though the job came out to our expectations. I never had any doubts in speaking with you that I was getting what I paid for.

Although I know the custom design of this pool was largely your accomplishment, what I am most impressed with was how easy it was to work with you and your company. I have worked with many contractors and have been involved in many construction projects (some good — some not so good). However, I cannot think of any that have been so pleasant and easy as this.
